Directions from Seattle:

From SeaTac Airport, take Interstate 5 (I-5) South. Proceed past the city of Tacoma toward Olympia. About 20 miles south of Tacoma take Exit 111 (which is Highway 510 and go East on Marvin Rd). Turn left over I-5 on an overpass. Proceed through 4 or 5 traffic lights to an intersection with a roundabout, 1.7 miles from I-5 (passing by Martin Way and Steilacoom Rd). A sign at the round-about indicates that Yelm is to the left. Exit the roundabout at 270 degrees to the left from entry, and drive to Yelm (11 more miles from the round-about).

Directions from Portland:

Directions within the city of Yelm:

Turn right (south) at the first traffic light on entering Yelm. Proceed one long block approximately 0.3 mile) south on Hwy 507 to the Times Square Office Building. Located on the right side of the road, the Times Square Building is a two-story building with a clock tower on the front. Mount Rainier Clinic occupies the entire ground floor and the office is located in Suite 1.

If you are proceeding directly to the Prairie Hotel before coming to the Clinic, go straight ahead after entering Yelm, through the first traffic light. Watch for a Shell gasoline station on the left. Turn left in front of the Shell station on 103rd Ave. Prairie Hotel will be immediately on your left. The phone number of the hotel is 458-8300.

To return to the clinic from the Prairie Motel, drive back to the main road and turn right. Go to the first traffic light and turn left on Hwy 507. Proceed one long block (approximately 0.3 mile) south on Hwy 507 to the Times Square Office Building. Located on the right side of the road.
