This website is provided to
educate and inform. Conflicting opinions will be heard from other
segments of the medical profession, but total agreement is rare in any field. That is
as it should be to encourage innovation and progress.
Conservatism within the medical profession protects the public from quackery and exploitation, but too much conservatism can delay the acceptance of valuable emerging and innovative therapies that are safe and effective.
A huge and powerful pharmaceutical industry relies on patent protection to provide profits for clinical research. Treatments described on this website are largely in the public domain, with no patents to fund research.
Links to published scientific research are provided throughout.
